Rosemary French Fries

  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Ingredients:
    • 7 medium Potatoes
    • 1/4 c. Butter or margarine
    • 1/2 t. Seasoned salt
    • 1/2 t. Rosemary, whole
    • 1/4 t. Thyme
    • 1/4 t. Black pepper
    • 1/4 t. Garlic powder
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an oven-proof casserole dish.
    • Thinly slice potatoes. Steam for 5 minutes over boiling water.
    • Melt butter and add remaining seasonings.
    • Pour mixture over potatoes and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
