- It’s BLT season so the tip of the week is to cook your bacon in the oven. You can cook a larger quantity and clean up is a breeze if you cook on foil. After I remove the bacon I put the whole pan in the refrigerator to solidify the grease and then just pull off the foil into the garbage can!
