Perfect Popovers

Popovers are best served fresh out of the oven and piping hot. Here’s a few tips to keep them hot throughout the baking experience.

  • “Place popover pans in the oven while you are preheating. The popover pan must be hot for best results.”
  • While putting ingredients together: “Warm the milk before to roughly 125 degrees before mixing with eggs and flour. The warmer batter helps get the popover cooking right away. This makes for a larger and taller popover.”
