Linda’s Famous B.L.T. Salad

  • Ingredients
    • 3 c. cubed bread
    • Margarine, melted
    • Dry Italian dressing mix
    • 1 lb. Bacon
    • 8 c Chopped lettuces: bibb, romaine, spinach
    • 3 tomatoes, chopped
    • ½ c. chopped green onion
    • 1 c. coleslaw dressing
    • 1 c. salad dressing
  • Instructions
    • Preheat oven to 400°. Place bread cubes in a bowl. Combine margarine and dry Italian dressing, drizzle over bread cubes. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
    • Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Drain.
    • In a bowl, combine lettuces, tomatoes, green onions, and bacon.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together coleslaw dressing and salad dressing. Drizzle over salad and toss gently. Add croutons and toss again.
