Hot Artichoke Bread Bites

  • Makes approximately 36 bites
  • Ingredients:
    • 1- 14 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
    • 1 c. Mayonnaise
    • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 t. Garlic powder
    • 1 loaf French baguette
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until blended.
    • Slice baguette or French bread into 1/2″ thick slices. Spread with artichoke mixture – enough to cover but not overflowing.
    • Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
