- Ingredients:
- 1- 14 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t. Garlic powder
- 1 loaf French baguette
- Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until blended.
- Slice baguette or French bread into 1/2″ thick slices. Spread with artichoke mixture – enough to cover but not overflowing.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
