This recipe comes from Calvin’s “Favorites: A Collection of Recipes”. Makes 6 – 8 servings.
- Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- Two 12 ounce packages of egg noodles
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Instructions:
- Finely chop cucumber and carrot. Thinly slice green pepper. Combine vegetables in a mixing bowl.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Meanwhile, combine condensed milk, salad dressing, and sugar. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
- When noodles are done, add to vegetables and toss gently. Chill. Enjoy!
