Calvin’s Favorite Tater Tot Casserole

  • This recipe makes 8 servings
  • Ingredients
    • 1 lb. Ground beef
    • ¾ c. Diced onions
    • ½ c. Diced green pepper
    • ¼ c. Diced celery
    • 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
    • Dash of Black pepper
    • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
    • ½ c. Milk
    • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ tsp. Kitchen bouquet
    • 12 oz. Tater tots
    • 10 slices of American cheese
  • Instructions
    • In a skillet, combine the ground beef, onions, green pepper, celery, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook until meat is browned and onions are tender. Drain.
    • Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, worcestershire sauce, and kitchen bouquet. Heath through.
    • In a casserole dish about 1/3 of the tater tots on the bottom. Top with beef mixture. Cover with a layer of cheese. Top with remaining tater tots. Bake at 350° until tater tots are browned and mixture is hot – approximately 20 minutes.
