PERFORMS VARIOUS MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS: SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MINOR ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,CARPENTRY, SNOW REMOVAL,GROUNDS WORK AND OTHER TASKS.
Requirements: MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS , ABLE TO DO STRENUOUS LABOR .MAY BE NEEDED TO WORK OTHER SHIFTS, USE PERSONAL VEHICLE TO PICK UP SUPPLIES.
Experience: EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
