  • Requirements: •High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two-year degree or certification in administrative support preferred. •At least one year previous experience in an administrative support role. Prior HR or healthcare experience strongly preferred. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (spelling, proper use of grammar) •Organized •Strong attention to detail •Self-starter - able to complete tasks with minimal supervision •Able to focus and accurately complete tasks despite frequent interruptions •Proficient in MS Word, basic/intermediate Excel and Outlook •Must be able to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative and team-oriented culture •Fluent in written and spoken English •Must possess a strong customer service focus •Must demonstrate tact, patience, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition when working with employees, residents and family members •Ability to maintain strict resident and employee confidentiality consistent with government regulations including HIPAA. •Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical and tuberculosis screen
